The Board of Directors of Hua Yang Berhad ("the Company) is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as prescribed in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company dated 29 July 2016 were duly passed by way of poll at the AGM of the Company held at F4th Floor, C-21 Jalan Medan Selayang 1, Medan Selayang, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor on Wednesday, 24 August 2016. The results of the poll which were validated by Elaine Chen Bee Ling, the representative from Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company, are as set out below:-
